  • Please see the menu item “Photo Day Schedule”, or click here. It will list all scheduled/confirmed picture days, including sports. Information about dates for picture days will also be communicated by your school.

  • We will schedule a makeup day for students who were absent on picture day. The date will be communicated to you by your school as well as listed on the “Photo Day Schedule” page on our website.

    If your student has missed all scheduled picture days, we can accommodate a makeup portrait session at our studio. There is a session fee of $25. This applies only to SCHOOL pictures, not sports.

  • 1. You will receive a text and email the same day as your child was photographed.

    3. Once you have placed your order, the images will be printed and drop shipped directly to your home.

    We also have links to all photographed events. Please click on the “order photos” menu item, or click here, and from there, you can locate your school and event.

  • Our pricing is market competitive with the national companies who operate in our community. Our partner and photo lab have researched the national average for all of our products to maintain competitive pricing.

    We take great pride in the quality of our work and hope your love your child’s portrait. There is no obligation to order. We have over 300 packages and products to choose from including digital downloads.

  • We offer an early bird special with reduced pricing for orders placed in the first 7 days from the date of your child’s picture day. This is the lowest pricing we offer (tier 1 pricing).

    The next discount will be from day 7 through 14 (tier 2 pricing). This is the second level of the early bird specials.

    The early bird specials end on day 14 following your picture day and prices return to our normal pricing.

  • If you have multiple children at the school, you can “like” an image from each child's folder. Once you’ve viewed and “liked” all of your children's images, you can place an order directly from the “like” category, which will contain the images you selected of each child. This will allow you to pay one shipping fee versus multiple shipping fees for multiple orders.

  • Orders that include group images will be held until the groups are completed and digitally produced. This is usually a 3 or 4 day process. You can order the packages and take advantage of the discount and we will finalize the order once the teams are completed.

  • If the order was for a Hi Res, Medium Res or Low Res Online Image, the link to download the image(s) will be in your receipt email received immediately following checkout.

    If the order was for a rendered download, the link to download your image(s) will be sent in an email typically within 1 hour of completing checkout. Turnaround time may vary depending on volume and complexity of work required. Rendered downloads include the following.

    A product such as an 8x10 that might include captions and/or logos

    A digital image with retouching

    An image requiring digital artwork

  • Many email providers automatically flag emails containing links to an outside source as spam. Please check your spam folder to make sure emails are not in there. If you still do not see an email, please reach out to us - we are happy to assist you!
